The mystery/complicated nature of “already/not yet” allows me to prepare for the death/burial/resurrection of Christ while also being confident that He has already conquered the enemy. It’s the victory that I often need to grab hold of during times storms or times of uncertainty…

Sometimes, we go through seasons when we are under so much attack that we figuratively and literally can’t pray. I’ve been there. This song played on repeat. I’m sharing it today for whoever needs it right at this moment. Remember that, in those times you can’t seem to utter a prayer for yourself, “the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans” (Rom. 8:26b).

I heard a random snippet of notes on the tv last night that sent me on a mental journey trying to figure out “What song is that from??” Glad I figured it out. I don’t know about you, but my heart is ever grateful to God.
